How we Work
STEP #2
Research & Experience Planning
We review available user insights, map important journeys, and define the workflows and requirements that guide the project.
STEP #4
Prototype & Usability Review
We connect key screens into a prototype, review important tasks, and refine confusing interactions before development begins.
STEP #6
Back-End Development
We build the agreed application logic, data connections, and integrations that support your product’s core functionality.
STEP #1
Discovery & Product Goals
We discuss your idea, audience, and business priorities to understand the problem your product needs to solve.
STEP #3
Wireframes & Interface Design
We establish screen structure, then develop detailed interfaces with clear content, consistent components, and useful interaction states.
STEP #5
Front-End Development
We translate approved designs into responsive interfaces, including navigation, reusable components, and the states users encounter.
STEP #7
Launch & Ongoing Improvements
We test the complete experience, prepare for release, and use early feedback to prioritise improvements within the agreed support scope.

Everything You Need to Know Before We Start
Explore how we approach product design, development, and the decisions that turn an idea into a usable experience.
How do I know if my product needs a redesign?
Repeated support requests, confusing workflows, inconsistent screens, and difficulty completing key tasks can signal a need for improvement. We review the available evidence to help identify whether focused updates or a broader redesign would be more useful.
Can you improve an existing product without rebuilding everything?
Yes. We can focus on selected features, screens, or user journeys. We first assess the current design and technical constraints, then define improvements that work with the parts of your product you want to retain.
What if I only have an idea and no existing product?
We can help define the problem, identify your main users, and prioritise essential workflows. Wireframes and prototypes then give you a practical way to review the idea before committing to a full build.
How do you make sure the product is easy to use?
We use clear information structures, familiar interaction patterns, and consistent feedback throughout the design. Where included in the scope, usability testing helps us observe how people approach key tasks and identify changes worth making.
Will I be able to test the product before development starts?
Yes. An interactive prototype lets you explore agreed user journeys and review how screens connect. It supports design feedback and testing, although it does not contain the complete functionality of the finished application.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes. We can provide design support for your development team, including organised files, component states, assets, and interaction notes. The proposal will define any implementation reviews or additional collaboration required.
What if we need to add new features later?
We consider future changes when planning your product’s structure and reusable components. New features can be scoped separately or handled through an ongoing partnership, depending on your priorities and available capacity.
How long does a product design project take?
The timeline depends on workflow complexity, screen count, research needs, and whether development is included. We agree on milestones before starting and identify the feedback and decisions needed from your team at each stage.
