Fees & Payments
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
- Work may pause if an invoice becomes overdue.
- Additional work will be quoted separately.
- Completed work and approved project stages are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Once the project is completed and all agreed payments are received, you receive the agreed rights to the final project deliverables.
YODO Web Design retains ownership of its reusable systems, processes, internal tools, templates, and development methods.
Third-party fonts, plugins, images, software, or other assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Confidentiality
We respect confidential information shared during your project.
Both YODO Web Design and the client agree not to share confidential business information with third parties unless required to complete the project or required by law.
Third-Party Services
Your project may use services such as hosting providers, CMS platforms, plugins, APIs, payment services, or other external tools.
YODO Web Design is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Delivery & Approval
We will deliver project work according to the agreed scope and timeline.
Once a deliverable is submitted, you are responsible for reviewing it and providing feedback within the agreed review period.
Approval of a project stage allows us to move forward to the next stage.
Warranties & Liability
We aim to deliver professional, functional, and reliable digital solutions.
We do not guarantee specific results such as:
- Revenue growth
- Search rankings
- Conversion rates
- Website traffic
- Third-party platform availability

Either party may end a project according to the terms agreed in the project proposal or contract.
If a project ends early:
- Completed work remains payable.
- Third-party expenses remain payable where applicable.
- Unfinished deliverables may remain unavailable until outstanding payments are cleared.
